Who you are dealing with

The name behind the number. In full.

A cold email from a stranger who cannot be identified is exactly what a law firm should ignore. Everything needed to check who we are is on this page, and the same details appear at the foot of every message we send.

The rest

Publication, hosting, and applicable law

Short, because the site publishes measurements and describes one service.

Who is responsible for what is published here?

The person named above, personally. Every figure on this site comes from an automated reading of public Google listings; the method is published, the code is versioned, and each release carries a hash so that any figure can be traced to the reading that produced it.

See the methodology and the open data pages.

How do I reach a human?

Through the form on this page. No email address is published on this site, and that is deliberate: a published address is harvested within days and the mailbox stops being usable. Everything runs in writing all the same — there is no phone line, no chat widget and no scheduling link.

A reply comes from a person, not from a no-reply.

Where is the site hosted?

On the host named above. The pages are static files; the only server-side operation is reading a Google listing when a visitor asks for their own count.

See the privacy page for what that reading sends and keeps.

Which law applies, and where would a dispute go?

The law of the place of business named above, and its courts, unless a mandatory rule of your own jurisdiction says otherwise. Nothing here creates a lawyer-client relationship or any professional relationship of any kind.

Terms page, same conclusion.

Why does a marketing email carry a postal address?

The CAN-SPAM Act requires a commercial email to identify its sender, give a valid postal address and offer a working way to opt out. Every message we send carries all three, and the opt-out is a reply, not a form.

15 U.S.C. §7704 · see the unsubscribe page.

Are you a law firm?

No, and nothing on this site is legal advice. We write review replies inside the lines the bar sets, and we publish those lines with their sources so that a lawyer can check them. Your own judgment governs what goes out under your name.

The compliance corpus lists every rule we enforce.

Write to us

One way in, and it is this one.

No address is published on this site. This form reaches the same person, and a reply comes from a person.

Nothing is stored but what you type here and the date. No account, no cookie, no tracker.

What is deliberately not here

No published email address. It would be harvested within days and the mailbox would stop being usable; the form above reaches the same person.

No phone number. The whole service runs in writing, and a number we would not answer would be worse than none.

No company we do not have. Where a detail above is missing, it is missing because it is not yet true — not because it is hidden.
