You have seen the list. Here is the rest.
The report you just read was made from your public Google listing alone. Nothing on this page is a demo: the price is the price, the schedule is the schedule, and the limits are the ones the bar imposes.
Every unanswered review on your profile, drafted and posted after you approve each one.
Every new review drafted within a day. Sensitive ones held for you, never auto-posted.
From your approval to the last reply posted. You approve in batches, at your own pace.
Everything runs over email. Nothing to schedule, cancel any month in writing.
What happens if you reply to that email.
No contract before you have seen a draft written for your own listing. The order below is the order it happens in.
You reply
One line is enough. We answer with three replies drafted for reviews on your listing, free.
You grant manager access
On your Google Business Profile, revocable at any time. Only if the drafts are worth it.
The backlog is drafted
Every unanswered review, oldest to newest, each draft run through the compliance filter.
You approve, in batches
Nothing is published before you say so. Anything at three stars or below waits for you.
It runs monthly
New reviews drafted within a day, with a dated log of everything that went out.
What a reply written for you will never say.
These are not our preferences. They are what the rules impose on a lawyer's public reply, and the reason a generic reputation tool is a liability here.
Never a confirmation that someone was a client
A negative review does not open the self-defence exception of Rule 1.6(b)(5). No reply we draft acknowledges a representation, names a matter, or answers a factual claim about one.
Never anything of value for a review
No discount, gift, draw or incentive appears in any draft or campaign. Asking a client for a review is allowed; paying for one is not, and fake reviews are separately unlawful.
You supervise us, and we hand you what that takes
Buying a tool does not transfer your duty. Our security policy, confidentiality commitment and data handling are written out on this site, because you will be asked for them. They say the service touches no client record at all.
The filter that gates every draft, in your hands.
Paste any reply — one of ours, or one you were about to post. The same code runs here as on every draft before it reaches Google.
The questions that come back
Do I have to commit to anything to see drafts?
No. Reply to the email and you get three replies written for reviews on your listing, at no cost and with no access to your profile.
What if I already answer some of my reviews?
Then the backlog is smaller and the one-time fee is the same work at a lower count. The monthly service is what keeps it at zero.
Who writes the replies?
They are drafted in a system built for law firms, checked in code against the rules above, then read by a person before they reach you. You approve every one.
What happens with a review that mentions a case?
It is escalated to you with a neutral draft that discusses nothing. You decide: reply, stay silent, or ask Google to remove it.
Can I stop?
Any month, in writing, and you remove our access in two clicks. Nothing to schedule, nothing to cancel by phone.
Is any client data involved?
No. We read the public Reviews tab of your listing. No case list, no client file, nothing from your staff.
Ask for the three drafts. Nothing is agreed yet.
Three replies come back, written for reviews on your own listing, before anything is signed and before we touch your profile. If you would rather not go further, nothing else arrives: the offer was the report.
We cannot tell you what unanswered reviews cost you. That lives in your intake system, not in public, and any figure we put here would be a guess.
We read the reviews Google renders on a listing, not a full history, and not what Google filtered out. A reply given by phone or email is real and invisible to this measurement.
The rules above are the ABA Model Rules. Each state adopts them its own way, and nothing here is legal advice: your judgment governs what goes out under your name.
